The Nandri Foundation has been helping the poor residents of Sri Lanka since 2003. The foundation helps the residents of the villages of Kandana, Wattala and Panadura to build an independent life with the proceeds from the store in Zevenaar. The Nandri Foundation store has a special social role.

There is a special building on the Honingerdijk in Rotterdam Kralingen. This monumental villa with a former coach house was built in 1859. The villa has been under the management of Alvast since 2020. Alvast houses several entrepreneurs in this two-part monumental building.
Today already exists 20 years. Exactly twenty years ago, on September 15, 2000, Alvast BV was founded by Paul Jeekel and Jan-Hein Koetsier. A lot has happened in the past twenty years. A great moment to look back on 20 years already! What makes Alvast now?
