Alvast uses the following criteria for the selection:

-Underage children are not allowed
-Having a daytime activity that consists of work and/or study
-NL nationality or valid residence permit
-An income statement from the Tax Authorities (formerly IB60 of the year 2022 or 2023)
-Representative appearance
-Flexibility related to temporality
-Motivation and substantiation for wanting to live here.

Contract (and monthly costs)

The house is offered on a temporary rental basis. This means that the total duration is unknown in advance. The minimum term is 6 months. The notice period from Alvast is 3 months and from you as a resident 1 month.

The monthly costs fall between €500,00 and €900,00 per month excluding the costs for gas, water and electricity. In addition to the monthly costs, service costs amount to €251,29.

The income for a single-person household may not exceed €47.699 for 1-person household and €52.671 for multi-person households.
