WiWe are proud and excited to announce our new collaboration with housing association Antares! 

In the apartment building 't Peske in Tegelen, various independent living spaces are available on a temporary rental basis. We manage the building temporarily until its redevelopment, so that the monumental building can be used for as long as possible. This contributes to the prevention of vacancy calamities, such as squatting, copper theft, loitering and other forms of vandalism. 

Sofie, account manager Alvast Zuid, says: 'We are proud to kick off this new collaboration with a beautiful monumental building like 't Peske. It is nice to experience the confidence in our services from a housing association like Antares. We look forward to starting the recruitment and selection process for residents, with which we will give 't Peske a final temporary use before the redevelopment begins.'
