About Alvast
Alvast offers solutions for vacant real estate in various forms: anti-squat, security and temporary rental. A careful selection of residents and entrepreneurs ensures the correct filling of vacant real estate. Vacant real estate can have negative consequences, such as burglary, decay, squatting and (water) damage. Alvast's services contribute to the attractive appearance of the buildings and the quality of life of the immediate environment.
During this internship you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience within our organization. You will work together with experienced professionals and engage in various tasks. These tasks are determined based on your background, interests and learning goals. So that you get something from all facets within your area of interest and our organization.
What we expect from you:
– You are in the final year of an economics HBO course;
– You have an affinity with the real estate industry;
– You are independent but can also work well together;
- Excellent command of the Dutch language;
– You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid to take responsibility.
