About Alvast
Alvast offers solutions for vacant real estate in various forms: anti-squat, security and temporary rental. A careful selection of residents and entrepreneurs ensures the correct filling of vacant real estate. Vacant real estate can have negative consequences, such as burglary, decay, squatting and (water) damage. Alvast's services contribute to the attractive appearance of the buildings and the quality of life of the immediate environment.
As an intern at our regional offices, you will have the opportunity to be involved in various tasks and projects within our company. You support the team in daily activities, where you can indicate your interests and learning goals. Together we will then create a suitable range of tasks.
Who are you:
– You are following an economics MBO course;
– You have an affinity with the real estate industry;
– You are independent but can also work well together;
- Excellent command of the Dutch language;
– You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid to take responsibility.
