Our organisation has multiple apartments available in our complex in Velp, a city close to Arnhem. The apartments are available for international students.

Are you studying in the Netherlands and still looking for a place to stay? No need to panic, we still have many apartments directly available. The terrain contains a garden and big field to play soccer for example. The location is easily reachable by bike or public transportation.

Our appartments are highly inclusive. The rooms are already provided with a bed, mattress, pillow, cupboard, closet, table and seats, a trash bin and are furnished with window coverings.

Facilities such as the kitchen, the toilet and the bathroom are shared with a maximum of 4 other residents.

Utilities are all covered. This included heating, water, electricity, waste, usage of the washing machine and dryer, a vacuum cleaner and last but not least: internet.

The rooms vary from 11 m2 up to 23 m2. That makes the prices of the rooms vary as well. The prices start at € 310,- a month (all utilities included) and are below marketvalue.

Contract

The appartments are available with a Temporary Contract. In short, this means that the total duration is unclear on forehand. The duration handles a minimum of 6 months. The notice from Alvast is 3 months and from you as a resident 1 month.

Requirements

We are looking for international students with a minumum age of 18 years without children and/or pets.

We are looking for neat and responsible residents.
