Here you will have access to a spacious room and you will share the large kitchen and toilets with the fellow residents and entrepreneurs in the building. You can shower in the adjacent swimming pool via an internal passage in the building. It is important that you handle this beautiful property very neatly and responsibly and that you are available quickly. You study and/or work, you have no minor children and you can deal well with the short notice period that applies to anti-squatting. Pets are not allowed here.
