Located in a neighborhood with relatively many families. Furthermore, it is a relatively quiet neighborhood considering the population density.

The house is easily accessible with many amenities nearby. Situated within walking distance of the center of Velp, walking distance from a supermarket. In addition, the nearest exit road is just a 2-minute drive away.

Selection process

Alvast uses the following criteria for the selection:
*Minimum 18 years old
*Minor children are not allowed
*Having a daytime activity that consists of work and/or study
*NL nationality or valid residence permit
*An income statement from the Tax Authorities (formerly IB60 of the year 2022 or 2023)
*Representative appearance
*Flexibility related to temporality
*Motivation and substantiation for wanting to live here.

Contract (and monthly costs)

The house is offered on a temporary rental basis. This means that the total duration is unknown in advance. The minimum term is 6 months. The notice period from Alvast is 3 months and from you as a resident 1 month.

The monthly costs are €350,00 per month excluding the costs for gas, water and electricity.

The income for a single-person household may not exceed €47.699 for 1-person household and €52.671 for multi-person households.
